De Buyer Perforate Ring stainless steel height 2 cm

These perforate rings were mainly designed to prepare cakes and tarts, in cooperation with l'Ecole du Grand Chocolat Valrhona.
The perforate ring is easy to use, allows an easier cooling of chocolate or tart to be unlined.
The ring occupies less space on baking plate than a mould and is easy to overturn.
The small holes around the ring allow to eliminate air bubbles and to obtain a perfect cake of almond sweetmeal cooked in oven.
