Riess Profi enameled mould for tart
The Riess Austrian company has been producing enameled kitchen utensils for more than two hundred years.
Each item is manufactured in sprinkled steel with enamel layers and put into large ovens.
Riess baking-pans can go direct from oven to table, enamels are not porous, are hygienic and have and excellent thermic conductivity to guaranty a perfect cooking everytime.
The enamel layer gives an extremely smooth surface particularly hard, resistant to cutting and anti-scratch, exceptional thermic conductivity also thanks to the large thickness of sides and excellent anti-adherence.
Cleaning is very easy.
Washable in dish-washer.
