Filleting knife flexible Kai Wasabi Black
The line Wasabi Black of Kai has a polished blade and a black handle.
The knife made in Japan, with a polished stainless steel blade, hardness 58+- HRD, gives to every kitchen an exclusive atmosphere of Far East.
For this series Kai studied a handle with a particular mix of bamboo powder and propylene offering excellent hygiene characteristics, also thanks to the natural antibacterial effect of bamboo.
The handle closes the blade completely, avoiding any deposit between blade and handle.
This knife has a flexible blade, is made specially for the European market and is fit for filleting fish or slicing and scalloping.
