Rosendahl Knives
The Rosendahl Knife Range has been designed by the world-famous Komin Yamada.
Komin Yamada’s concept behind the products is to combine practicality and design.
In his designs, Komin Yamada seeks out the natural shape of the material. This is evident in his knife series, where Komin Yamada has chosen to use stainless steel for both the blade and the shaft – a simple, elegant solution.
Komin Yamada also gave the knives a thick, rounded shape that makes you want to pick them up! The impressions in the shaft give the knives their unique character and also serve the practical function of ensuring a secure grip on the knife.
Komin Yamada found his inspiration in nature. The gentle curve of the knife blade resembles an ear of corn. The characteristic five grains of rice are embedded in the handgrip.
