TOJIRO-PRO DP
The Tojiro-Pro DP series realized by the Japanese company Tojiro with 3 layers of steel, is the most popular and used series in Western countries such as Europe and the United States.
These Japanese knives are all made of steel: the blade has the inner core of VG-10 in stainless steel inserted between a layer of chrome steel 13.
When used, the cut is exceptionally clear and smooth.
In the Pro DP series it was decided to create a comfortable handle, (Tornado Pattern) in stainless steel, but creating an ergonomic handle and grooves in the handle that allow an excellent grip, even with wet and greasy hands. The handle of the knives made of 18-8 steel is empty, this allows a perfect balance of the knife, an optimal balance and a perfect control.
No joint between blade and handle.
