It will be easy and quick to prepare a fruit tart or a chocolate tart. It is sufficient to spread the base of shortbread on the baking-pan D. 32. Fill the base with jam, cream or chocolate, fruit, etc. Spread another circle of shortbread of 30 cm on the grid for decorating tarts and spread it with a rolling-pin. When shortbread is duly sticked, creating a grid, place it in freezer for 15 minutes. Then place it on the tart creating a perfect tart. Diameter of baking-pan 32 cm.
