Online dispute resolution for consumers

The consumer resident in Europe must be aware that the European Commission has established an online platform for alternative dispute resolutions that provides for an out-of-court method to solve any dispute related to and stemming from online sale and service contracts. As a consequence, if you are a European consumer, you can use such platform for resolving any dispute stemming from the online contract entered into with the Owner. Prices and Delivery

Prices of items and services will be the same indicated in the catalogue at order's time.
Except for different indication prices are meant inclusive of I.V.A.

Products will be delivered directly to destination address indicated in the order form. Goods in stock will be sent with our carrier on or before 48 hours from the time your order starts. If goods are not in stock you will be notified via e-mail about delivery time.

UPS Delivery charges depend on country of destination and it is valid for packages up to 5 Kg. If ordered items overweigh 5 Kg you will be notified via e-mail about extra charge calculated on the ground of weight.

In case of part of items are not in stock you will be charged only for the cost of the first delivery.

To ensure you receive your package at a time that suits you, select this alternate delivery option.
How It Works.
If you elected to have your parcel delivered to a UPS Access Point location at the time of ordering your goods, you will receive a notification alert via email when the parcel has arrived and is ready for collection. You must present a recognised form of photo ID to collect your parcel.
In case of delivery at a UPS access points will be applied a 2 € discount on shipping.

As soon as we receive the payment, we shall send the goods at the destination address transmitted.

Defective items

Declaretion of defective items must be done via registered letter with advice of receipt within 10 days of receipt of your shipment.
