FORGE DE LAGUIOLE knives are handmade by the best cutlers of our workshops located in the village of Laguiole. These knives incorporate carefully selected materials and its legendary blade is forged. The FORGE DE LAGUIOLE production was born in 1987. It is the culmination of a passionate project that will bring Laguiole's knife processing back to life in Laguiole. From that moment on, all the knife making phases are carried out again on its place of origin: it is the rebirth of the knife, the return of Laguiole to Laguiole. The design of the factory is entrusted to Philippe Starck which perfectly reflects the philosophy of the company: combining creativity and tradition
