Acapulco Pavogel ice cream mold with 50 sticks by Pavoni Professional

The Acapulco Pavogel ice cream mold by Pavoni Professional, complete with 50 sticks, is made to make ice cream on a stick. The stick is inserted (under the ice cream cavities) in a slot whose compartment (part of the mold) is hinged. The two parts of that compartment are held together by corresponding knots and holes. The zipper allows you to open the grooved compartment and lift the ice cream off the stick, so that food and fingers do not come into contact. This means easy, quick and clean removal of the ice cream from the mold. Each cavity of the Acapulco Pavogel mold has dimensions 50 mm x 95 mm x (Height) 25 mm. Volume of each cavity: 90 ml. Overall dimensions of the mold: 143 mm x 194 mm x (Height) 25mm. Each wooden stick is 10 mm x 111 mm in size. Solid but flexible silicone with temperature resistance from -40 to 280°C. 50 wooden sticks included.
