Round baking-pan in steel coldly laminated, thickness 0,5 mm, nonstick surface in white ceramics 10-15 microns, ultra resistant.
Hinge in strong steel, removable bottom to take out easily the pudding or the cake from the mould.
Outer copper color

For a long duration of the baking-pan it is advised not to wash it in dish-washer and not to use metal instruments on the inner layer.
