In 1905 Friedr. Dick designed a series of cook knives characterized by heavy chapes which replaced the rivets used up to that moment.
Now as time ago the series strikes thanks to its unusual look.
The blade is made in the special German stainless steel XcrMoVmn.
This slicing curved knife has a blade of 18 cm and is also perfect to prepare meat.
