Éclair silicone mold by Martellato

Silicone food grade mould Éclair ideal for all types of preparations, both sweet and savoury. The high quality non-stick silicone allows easy and precise demoulding. Suitable for use in blast chiller and oven up to temperatures ranging from -60°C (-76°F) to + 230°C (+450°F). The external size of the mould is 175x300mm: you can place 4 in a 600x400mm pan and 3 in a 325x530mm pan. Eclair size: 125 x 28 x h 5 mm. Measurements refer to individual cavities.
