Polycarbonate praline mold, an exclusive geometric shape to make a stylized heart-shaped chocolate, with 3 different ganaches.
The praline developed by the World Champion Davide Comaschi in collaboration with the architect Annalisa Gallo: the design consists of 3 pralines to form a stylized heart, referring to the stylistic code of the Master. “Starting from the idea of the heart - explains Maestro Comaschi - we wanted to merge together the symbolic figure with the anatomical figure”. The polycarbonate mold was made exclusively by Pavoni Professional.
