The mandoline includes an integrated flat blade, perfect for cutting very thin, almost transparent slices, and offers easy and uniform adjustment of the cutting thickness, which can vary from 1 to 5 mm. It also comes with 3 interchangeable julienne blades, with tooth spacings of 1 mm, 2 mm and 8 mm, ideal for obtaining julienne strips of different sizes. To ensure maximum safety, the mandolin is equipped with a special polypropylene finger guard, which allows you to firmly hold the vegetables or fruit while cutting, avoiding the risk of injury.
