This tray sealing machine is intended for packing food and other products in disposable plastic trays, suitable for hot or cold food. Seals all kinds of trays, the tray matrix can be changed for different matrix sizes. It can seal trays up to a size of 235x190x (H) 155 mm and cups up to a height of (H) 170 mm. Supplied with aluminum alloy matrix for 227x178 mm trays (805572), without division. Other measures sold separately. Durable stainless steel construction. The sealing plate is covered with a non-stick coating, this prevents the film from sticking after sealing. The sealing plate acts as a pressure damper. When locking the closure plate, pressure is distributed evenly over the rim of the container, preventing breakage and eliminating microcracks, reducing leaks.
