The OVOBOX 120 egg container is designed to ensure the safe storage of sterilized eggs in cold rooms, preventing any risk of salmonella contamination, both on the eggs and in the surrounding environment. Made of perfectly transparent polypropylene, it allows immediate visibility of the contents without having to open the container, thus facilitating inventory control and management. With standard GN 2/3 dimensions (35.5 x 32.5 x h 20 cm), OVOBOX is compatible with major catering systems and can hold up to 120 eggs, distributed across eight stackable PET trays, each with a capacity of 30 eggs arranged in five rows of six. The set includes the container, a lid, and eight trays, all resistant to temperatures between -40°C and +80°C and dishwasher-safe, ensuring maximum hygiene and convenience. The trays, designed with special profiled cuts on both sides, can be easily removed and stacked to optimize space. To ensure proper placement within the container, it is recommended to rotate each tray 90 degrees relative to the one below it. It is important to remember that eggs must be sterilized before being placed in the trays and container to avoid any form of contamination.
