Polypropylene Strips for Lining Small Pastry Rings D. 8

Package of 100 precut polyethylene strips ideal to coat paste-cutter or rings for mousse and allowing to obtain a perfect detachment of food.
The circle folded with the polyethylene strip is placed in the circle before mounting a mousse or a dessert, but also tartare or other glueing foodstuffs.
The strips can also be used with circles folded up to an 8 cm diameter and 4,5 cm height.
If a larger diameter were used, put 2 precut sheets.
To be used with cold food only.
