Compact pizza oven with refractory brick chamber base. Equipped with heating elements at the top and bottom of the chamber. Ideal for baking pizzas, bread, lasagne, etc. The compact dimensions make it perfect for small kitchens or even food trucks. The use of high-quality materials guarantees a long service life. High quality AISI 430 stainless steel construction, easy to clean and maintain. The oven chamber measures 410×420×(H)120 mm for pizzas or other dishes. Base of chamber lined with chamotte stone; this accumulates heat that results in crispy pizza bottoms. Each heating element is 1000W and can be set independently from 50°C to 350°C. The door is equipped with a window and the chamber has a light, which allows the cooking process to be followed. The door can be opened without interrupting the cooking process. It can be operated in continuous mode or with a timer. The timer can be set for up to 120 minutes and when the time expires, the oven stops cooking. Equipped with an approx. 1.7 m long power cord with earthed plug. The chamber is heated by 2 heating elements; one above and one below the chamber.
