Combination cooking between convection, grill and steam
The convection system with two heating elements and a fan ensures even heat distribution for consistent cooking results. The oven is also equipped with upper heating elements for grill function.
Temperature can be set up to 280°C, while the timer can be adjusted up to 120 minutes, offering maximum flexibility during preparation.
The oven accommodates 4 GN 2/3 trays with 70 mm tray spacing, and is supplied with 1 GN 2/3 rack included.
