Professional shoarma cylinder for use with the HENDI professional electric tenderizer.
The shawarma is a Middle Eastern meat dish. It is prepared by threading the meat, cut into thin slices, onto a long, vertically positioned skewer; the last layer at the top consists of sheep fat. The meat is grilled slowly on a vertical spit that rotates continuously.
