The first mould, the ‘Crema’, features 11 cavities measuring Ø 55×52 mm, each with a capacity of approximately 60 ml. The second mould, the ‘Cono’, features 11 cavities measuring Ø 55×36 mm, also with a capacity of approximately 60 ml.
