In the Bolognese dialect called Sprunèla, in the Italian translation the spronella is a wheel with toothed wheel to cut the puff pastry into the egg.
This twin-cut cutter wheel used to cut the tortellini.
Two different size wheels:
- Diameter 38 mm. thickness 4 mm.
- Diameter 30 mm. thickness 3 mm.
