Suave: Egg polycarbonate mold by Martellato Professional

The Suave egg was inspired by the softness of a padded cushion. The lines are curved and "soft". The Suave mold is made up of two halves joined by magnets, ideal for making 2 eggs. The material chosen for the mold is polycarbonate, safe and suitable for contact with food. Furthermore, it guarantees a perfect result even with sophisticated shapes and sizes. The idea comes directly from the Martellato designers with the support of the best chocolatiers. In the photos, the eggs in different colors have been decorated by master chocolatier Nicolas Nikolakopoulos.
