The Tecna Colore professional line by Ambrogio Sanelli has a double molded handle, consisting of an internal non-deformable PP core, joined with maximum safety to the steel bead and a softer external SEBS coating.
The two materials adhere perfectly to form a single body to the touch. The outermost part, gray in color, has also been designed with micro-spheres that enhance its ergonomics, limiting slipperiness and promoting comfort.
The blades are made of special Nitro-B steel (1.4916).
All the materials used are non-toxic, sterilizable, suitable for washing in dishwashers, resistant to high and low temperatures and compliant with current regulations on hygiene and food safety.
