The professional Tecna Colore line by Ambrogio Sanelli features a dual-molded handle composed of an internal rigid and non-deformable PP core, securely bonded to the steel tang, and an outer softer SEBS coating.
The two materials adhere perfectly to create a seamless, one-piece feel. The outer grey section has been designed with micro-spheres that enhance ergonomics, reduce slipperiness, and improve user comfort.
The blades are manufactured from special Nitro-B nitrogen steel (1.4916).
All materials used are non-toxic, sterilizable, dishwasher safe, resistant to both high and low temperatures, and compliant with current food hygiene and safety regulations.
