Baccello silicone mold by Silikomart Professional was born from the concept of reinterpreting the elements of nature to give shape to an innovative vision of taste. It can be used for aperitifs, main courses or special first courses. It is very versatile and can be used with mousses, creams and preparations that recall its shape or, why not, with something else that creates a contrast, thus giving free creativity to the professional. The preparations can be stored inside the mold and therefore be ready for use according to the request, thus reducing processing times per step. Mold size: 300 x 175mm.
