The Dick Prodynamic professional cutlery line reduces the risks of cross contamination thanks to the use of a Color Coding System which identifies each knife for a specific use and allows you to easily identify the different work areas. This set created with the combination of knives and cutting boards, has been selected to best work cooked and raw red meats, white meats and vegetables.
