iSi injectors are particularly fit  :
to decorate
- to fill foodstuffs
- to stuff food with liquid fillings
- to marinate, stuff and decorate
- to sprinkle and for calcium baths

It is important to use the original iSi Whippers
Can be used only with iSi Gourmet Whip, iSi Thermo Whip and iSi Cream Profi Whip.
iSi injectors are manufactured in 100% stainless steel and are washable in dishwasher.
