The A-30 series is designed for the experienced kitchen knife user.
Over many years, Ryda Knives has meticulously developed these knives with the needs of the experienced user in mind.
The knife was designed by Chef Viktor Ingemarsson to meet the needs of those who are used to holding the knife with a "pinch" grip on the blade.
The knives feature a lightweight and well-balanced construction, providing chefs with a pleasant and efficient experience.
Unlike other knives that often cause discomfort and pain in the fingers, our design is the culmination of decades of kitchen experience and years of meticulous refinement.
For the blade, we have chosen a 3-layer steel with an Aus-10 steel core, a steel renowned worldwide for its high performance. With a hardness rating of 60 HRC, it allows for easy sharpening when needed, while still being robust enough for tasks where hardness is essential. In addition, the steel is vacuum treated to improve its durability. The edge is sharpened at 15° on each side, to ensure that it is easy to restore the sharpness when necessary.
The handle is made of stabilized walnut wood, which gets extra hardness thanks to the vacuum treatment.
Japanese blades, the wood of the handles comes from the USA, the finishing and assembly takes place in Sweden.
