The Miyabi 5000FCD blade is composed of 49 layers of stainless Damascus steel, with a central blade in Fine Carbide FC61 with a Rockwell hardness of approximately 61-62 Hrc.
The black handle made of layered, treated Pakka Wood, an extremely robust material, resistant to environmental conditions, with a high dimensional stability, beautifully balanced and has a steel handle ending with the Miyabi logo embossed, decorative pin terminal and ring.
