The blades are made of NITRO-B stainless steel (1.4916), with a semi-gloss finish. Each knife undergoes an accurate sharpening process with laser profile control, guaranteeing precision and durability. The precise and indelible laser marking carries the product code and batch number.
All materials used are non-toxic, sterilisable, dishwasher safe and resistant to both high and low temperatures, complying with current hygiene and food safety regulations.
