Knife for slicing ham, pork, mortadella and brisket with a blade length of cm. 40, semi flexible. The steel of the Supra line by Sanelli Ambrogio has been expressly studied for professional use. The blades are made of NITRO-B nitrogen special steel (1.4916) and the handles are ergonomic in TPE thermoplastic elastomers.
