Spoon quenelle, small

Small quenelle spoon perfectly rounded and tapered at the ends, to transform any cream or homogeneous mass into a real eye-catcher in quenelles. The large quenelle spoon, with its particular depth, shape and surface, guarantees a perfectly rounded result, with pointed ends. Quenelles can be formed with 1 or 2 tablespoons of the same size. The handle allows ergonomic work from the wrist. Spoons of the same size nestle flush, allowing quenelles to be pulled with one spoon or formed with two spoons. Suitable for contact with food and suitable for washing in the dishwasher. Made in Germany. Size cm. 3 x 20.5 cm.
