The blades, semi-polished in NITRO-B (1.4916) stainless steel, are precisely sharpened and have their profile checked by laser for each individual piece. The ergonomic handles, made of SEBS, are non-slip, anti-abrasion and enriched with antibacterial additives for greater safety and comfort during use.
