The shape of the Asian-style Füri Pro knives, carefully selected to meet all your needs of Asian food preparation, also processing vegetables in the kitchen. These knives can be used for various cutting tasks, from fine chopping to dicing and very thin slicing. Scalloped indentations on the blade reduce cutting friction to make cutting faster and easier. With the block you will find the following knives: n. 1 Furi East West Santoku 17 cm, n. 1 Furi Vegetable knife with 15 cm nakiri shape n. 1 Furi Utility multipurpose knife to 12 cm. All knives are designed and manufactured from high quality Japanese stainless steel handle and blade with a seamless construction for maximum hygiene. Constructed with an inverted wedge handle, these knives offer you comfort, precision and balance to prevent hand fatigue as you go about your food preparation tasks.
